LG CLOi SuitBot: Wearable Robot Reduces Worker Fatigue

Meet the new LG CLOi SuitBot: a wearable robot that can assist workers with lifting and lowering heavy loads, taking the load off to reduce fatigue and risk of injury. It supports the user’s waist and augments their muscle power to get the job done.

The SuitBot enables 50-degree extension and 90-degree flexion of the waist and activates when the wearer bends at a 65-degree angle. It disengages when the user stands up. It can run for 4 hours on a single charge.
