Plenty of us are interested in creating our own wearable devices. The ZWear Wearable Platform can help you do just that. It is a development kit with Bluetooth LE, accelerometer, and GPS for your wearable projects. It supports over the air coding as well. The solution is small enough to fit in any design. It is FCC certified too.

ZWear is designed to speed up your development process. Sample codes are available for the device. ZWear comes with the ZOS firmware embedded. The ZOS IDE runs on iPhone / iPad and supports OTA coding. Just scan to find a ZWear device, write code, and you are set. ZWear is on Kickstarter right now.
