Steer Wearable Bracelet Stops Drowsy Driving with Vibration, Shock

Here is a smart wearable device with sensors that monitors your heart rate and skin conductance to determine when you are drowsy driving. It uses vibration or a gentle shock to help you regain focus at the wheel. Steer has 16 sensors to analyze your normal heart rate and determine decrease in it.

The device is compact and lightweight. Its battery lasts for up to 2 weeks. Expected to ship in November.
