Smartstones Touch: Wearable Device To Send Messages with Gestures

Meet the Smartstones Touch: an elegant wearable device for non-verbal communication with others. It lets you send messages to others via gestures. The top surface of Smartstones Touch can detect touches such as swipes, taps, and holds. The device also has a 6-axis accelerometer and gyroscope to sense motion. It can be charged wirelessly and relies on Bluetooth 4.0 to communicate with iOS/Android devices.

You get 12 gestures for sending messages. There are also various Hapticon patterns, composed of vibration, light, and sound, but you can configure your own. The device lets you locate other people in your network and even push alerts to their stones. You can wear this wearable device as a pendant or on your wrist. The project is live on Indiegogo right now.
