Let’s face it, many of us hate Glassholes. These are folks who simply don’t know how to use their GLASS appropriately. But not everyone who wears a GLASS is a Glasshole. A NY-based restaurant disagrees. It is complaining that GLASS owners are hurting its business. It seems a Google GLASS user who was asked to remove the device at the restaurant and refused to stay posted the story, which led to fake negative reviews on Google.
Online reputation management is hard as it is. It is always disappointing to see people leave a negative review when they have not experienced what the business they are reviewing has to offer. GLASS is still a new device, so it will take people more time to get used to it. What we don’t need is more Glassholes.
