The Pebble Time is a pretty interesting smartwatch that should appeal to folks who are not interested in an Apple Watch or other Android Wear devices. Most of the smartwatches you can buy can’t be repaired easily. The Pebble Time watch seems to be different. The folks at iFixit have published their teardown report for the device, and it seems you can repair these pretty easily.
The watch band is an industry standard 22 mm band and can be easily replaced. Opening the device and removing its battery is not that hard either. You will need heat and replacement adhesive to replace the front glass though. You can find the full report here.
