Apple Watch may be getting a lot of attention these days, but Google is not sitting idle. In fact, the company has introduced a huge update that brings WiFi, gestures, a new app launcher, and a bunch of other cool features to Android Wear devices. Your watch will now support WiFi, so as long as your phone has a data connection, and you have access to a WiFi network, you will get notifications and can use all your favorite apps.

Android Wear users can now just flick their wrist to scroll through their stream. You can also draw emojis when you can’t talk. Your Android Wear watch will now offer support for always-on apps. You can find out more about this update on Google.
