Environment monitoring dresses and clothing items are nothing new. Environment Dress 2.0 by María Castellanos and Alberto Valverde is a smart wearable solution that uses sensors to take into account temperature, pressure, noise, dust levels, and other info into account and warns users of contaminants. The data is sent to a mobile app.
The dress can close its helmet to guard wearers from sounds. It also activates a set of spikes when CO is detected. The dress simply allows users to recognize how their environment affects them. More info is available here.
