There are plenty of fancy watches available on the market. You could always build your own though. The Pong Watch is a fun little watch you can build without having to break the bank. It is not smart enough to show your notifications or track your activity, but it is still fun to look at.

Andrew Hannay has a published a guide that shows you how to build your own Pong Watch. You are going to need a monochrome OLED with I2C interface, a PIC 12F1840 8 pin microcontroller, and a couple of other parts to get started. You can find more information here.
