Google Glass is an amazing product. You don’t need me to tell you that. But many states are looking to ban it for people driving a car. While using Google Glass actively when driving can be a bit distracting, not everyone wearing a Glass is a distracted driver. Nevertheless, states such as Delaware, Illinois, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, and West Virginia are all interested in imposing a ban on drivers wearing Glass. It is better for Google to deal with these issues now than when the device is released to everyone.
