Fitbit has announced that Fitbit Surge users now get use GPS and other sensors on the device to see distance, heart rate, calories burned, and other relevant information. You will be able to see bike exercise summaries on the app.

The device provides you with continuous, automatic wrist-based heart rate tracking. You will be able to track various exercises with it. The bike tracking feature lets you swipe distance, duration, average speed, heart rate, calories burned right on your wrist. Fitbit Surge bike-tracking will be available on iOS and Android next month.
