Meet the GoMore: a wearable stamina fitness sensor designed to help athletes understand their body better during each workout session. It can tell them when their body is fatigued and when to change the intensity of their workout. The device measures the wearer’s heart rate by calculating 64k data points per second. Here is how it works:
The sensor, which is connected to a chest strap, detects the athlete’s decreasing stamina when their pace slows down which may be caused by having to breathe harder which in turn may lead to muscle fatigue and lactic acid build-up.
The solution is designed for aerobic sports for now. It provides you with fatigue alert, stamina analysis, and more useful data. The device will be unveiled at CES 2015.
