Android Wear keeps getting better all the time. The latest Google update brings new gestures and voice-to-text messaging to your smartwatch. As Google explains, you can now

you can also expand a card, bring up your apps, or return home to your watch face with a push, lift or shake

You can also use your voice to send messages from apps like Google Hangouts, Telegram, and WeChat. With speaker support, you can make and take calls over Bluetooth. Google has more on this here.
