Samsung Gear 2 Teardown: Repairability Score of 8 out of 10


The folks at iFixit are at it again. The Samsung Gear 2 has received a teardown treatment by those guys. As most of you know, the device has a 1.63″ Super AMOLED display (320×320 pixels) display, 4 GB internal memory, and a 2.0 MP camera with 300 mAh battery. The device has received a repairability score of 8 out of 10. Owners can replace the battery easily when they are inside. It is not a struggle to open the watch. You are going to have more of an issue replacing the screen though.
