Oton Glasses Help You Read

Meet the Oton Glass: an eyeglasses-like device that read out written text for people with reading disabilities. When you see text with the device and press the button on the frame, a camera is used to capture and send data to a separate computer to press the text in the cloud and turn it into speech.

According to Keisuke Shimakage, the process only takes a few seconds. The company has sold a limited number of these glasses but the product is expected to be further improved in the future.
