Fove Eye Tracking Head Mounted Display

Meet the FOVE head mounted display. It offers eye-tracking to enable you to interact and control objects with your eyes. It has a variety of sensors to track head orientation. This could prove quite useful in virtual reality settings and gaming environments.  Here is what the device offers:

  • Sensors: High refresh rate gyro, accelerometer, magnetometer sensor integration tracks head orientation
  • An external unit tracks head movements
  • More immersive experience.

FOVE tracks the user’s gaze and parallax, determining where in 3D space a user is looking. The folks behind this exciting project are preparing a SDK for developers. On July 16th, FOVE was accepted into the Microsoft Ventures Accelerator in London.
