The Fitbit Charge HR happens to be an advanced tracker that provides you with wrist-based heart rate, caller ID, and activity tracking all day long. The device features Fitbit’s proprietary PurePulse optical heart rate technology to get the job done. It uses LED lights to detect blood volume changes right on the wrist.
