We have covered plenty of cool LED shoes in the past. You could always make your own with the right tools. Adafruit has posted a guide that shows you how to make your own pair of LED sneakers. You are going to need a GEMMA microcontroller, vibration sensor, 500 mAh batteries, NeoPixels, and a few other parts to get started. A 3D printer is also needed.
