DIY: Sound Reactive Sports Jersey

There is no better way to learn wearables and electronics than creating your own smart wearables. SparkFun has shared a video that shows you how to make your own sound reactive sports jersey. It comes with a LilyPad board, WS2812 LED strip, switch, Electret  Microphone breakout, and a 850 mAh battery.

The LEDs inside the shirt collar activate when the microphone registers loud noises like clapping.

Pretty cool, don’t you think?
