The Convertible HDL: Smart Action Cam, Headlamp for Runners

Here is a smart wearable device that allows runners to capture all the action and stay safe when the sun goes down. The Convertible HDL is a smart action cam and headlamp that mounts to a custom headband, providing a 400-lumen output. It can capture video in 1080p and 720p format. Users can control brightness settings for the light from an app.

The headband converts to a skull cap. It does not get in your way and lets you stay safe on the road. The camera comes with a GPS, altimeter, and accelerometer to capture important data. Yet another interesting Kickstarter project.
