In the past few months, we have covered plenty of advanced prosthetic limbs and robotic arms for amputees. These solutions are a bit more challenging to develop for paralyzed people. As it turns out, scientists have found a way to control robotic arms using thought.

As this video shows, it is now possible for paralyzed people to control a robotic arm simply with their thoughts. Sensors are implanted in the patient’s brain to read her thoughts and control external devices. Brit Lab has more info on the story.
