BabyGuard: Wearable Lets Parents Monitor Their Baby’s Vitals

More items like this: here

Meet BabyGuard: a product that can fit in different outfits to gather your child’s vitals through its sensors. The device will help parents better understand how their baby is doing. The device has a core sensor to help monitor their babies at home. The data can then be shared with doctors. The developers are planning to use Intel’s Edison for data processing and transmission. Sounds pretty smart if you ask us. The BabyGuard team will be presenting their prototype for the Intel Make It Wearable Challenge Finale on November 3, 2014 in San Francisco
