No Ticket for Driving with Google Glass On?

It seems putting Google Glass on while driving is not necessarily something you should get a ticket for. That is if you are not actively using Glass. But how would the traffic officers know whether you were using Google Glass when they stopped you? That’s why the case against Cecilia Abadie, a software engineer, who was wearing Google Glass when ticketed has been dismissed. This is a small victory though. More regulations and laws will be coming.

What do you think? Should you get a ticket for wearing Glass while driving?
