Orphe Smart Shoes for Performers

Meet the Orphe: a smart shoe system with motion sensors and LEDs to allow artists and performers to better express themselves. The sole of each shoe has around 100 full-color, serially-controlled LEDs and a Bluetooth module. These shoes map interactions between your movements, light, and sound and let you share your work with other artists. The companion app allows you to customize the color of the LEDs.

Orphe shoes enable you to create customizable lighting patterns. These shoes capture the movements of your foot, allowing you to send the data to an external device or application in real-time. There will be a software development kit, so anyone can develop apps for this platform. Looks like a neat wearable tech for dance, music, fashion, and other fields. You can find it on Indiegogo.
