MFi Sunglasses w/ Embedded iBeacon Don’t Get Lost

glasses

Losing your sunglasses is not fun. If you have a pair of smart glasses, there may be ways to find your way back to them. Regular sunglasses don’t give you that option. These MFi sunglasses are different. They have iBeacon embedded, so you will get notified if you lose them. Tzukuri is behind this project. The idea here is to use iBeacon to track lost glasses with a high degree of accuracy. They use solar power, so you don’t have to worry too much about charging them. The companion iOS app sends you notifications when you leave your glasses behind. The glasses will be available in multiple models and will cost $249 on pre-order. The retail price is $349 though.
