Plenty of people use Google Fit to keep track of their daily activities. As it turns out, Google has released a new update for the app, introducing a visual overhaul, push-up, sit-up, and squat detection, and personalized coaching.
The app now offers tracking of your walks, runs, and bike rides. You get coaching from your Android Wear watch. As Android Police explains, you can now configure goals for different activities. The widget has now more options.
