Google is serious about making Google Glass a successful gadget. In order to do that, the company will have to fight to stop anti-Glass laws. I am still not sure whether driving with Google Glass is a good idea. It is definitely not for everyone. Nevertheless, Google is going to fight that law off. As Reuters has reported, Google is lobbying in at least 3 states — Illinois, Delaware, and Missouri — to stop anti-glass laws. This is a powerful company, so these efforts should not be underestimated. But all this underlines the challenge Google faces to make Google Glass acceptable to more folks in this country.
