Controlling Educational Robots with Myo Armband

ezrobot-jd

Educational robots are quite popular these days. Many are relying on them to learn coding and teach their kids about electronics. If you have a Myo Armband, you can pair it with your robot to control it with gestures. As the below video shows, it is possible to use a Myo to control an EZ-Robot JD Humanoid Robot with hand movements.

By mapping your robot’s arm to your arm, you can make your robot follow the orientation of your arm. Yet another exciting way to use a Myo Armband.
