CAT Smartband Wearable to Manage Fatigue

Meet the CAT Smartband: a smart wearable device that allows employers to track their employees’ fatigue level. It is a wrist-worn device that automatically detects an employee’s sleep and wake periods and converts the data into an effectiveness score. If an employee is too tired, the score will be lower. When a score is approaching 70%, that employee is considered to be fatigue impaired.
