DIY: Bluetooth Controlled LED Wearable w/ Intel Edison

So you want to become an expert in the field of smart wearables? Developing your own smart wearable devices is a good way to start.  Take this project by push_reset. It is about making your own Bluetooth controlled LED wearables with Intel Edison.

You are going to need a Bluetooth enabled microcontroller and an Android phone to control the LEDs, which you can put anywhere. Having basic knowledge of programming would hurt your cause when trying projects like this. The instructions for this project have been made available here.
