DIY: Arduino Dot Matrix Watch

In the past few months, we have covered plenty of cool watches here. You could always build your own with Arduino and other platforms. taifur has put together a guide that shows you how to build your own geeky watch. It shows time, date, and temperature in binary or digital format.

The watch has two buttons to adjust time and display modes. You are going to need an Arduino UNO, 1.2 inch dot-matrix display, 2 x tactile buttons, a plastic wristband, a ATMEGA328P microcontroller, and a few other parts to get started.
